1. Who we are
SurveysToCad Suite ("we", "us", "our") is operated by SurveysToCad Ltd., registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this service.
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, company), authentication metadata, billing identifiers, and the field-survey files you choose to upload for conversion. We do not sell personal data.
3. Legal basis
We process personal data under Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (contract) for service delivery, and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests) for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
4. Retention
Uploaded survey files are retained only as long as required to produce your CAD output. Account records are kept for the life of your subscription plus six years for statutory accounting.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing privacy@surveystocad.example. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
