1. Agreement
By accessing SurveysToCad Suite you agree to these terms, which form a binding contract between you and SurveysToCad Ltd.
2. The service
SurveysToCad Suite converts survey field data — including OSGB36, OSGM15 and UTM coordinate sets — into CAD-ready vector drawings. The service is provided on a subscription credit basis.
3. Acceptable use
You may not upload data you are not authorised to process, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or use it to violate applicable laws.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
